Terms of Service

Draft for review — not yet legal advice

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Breaker OS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Breaker OS is software that helps sports-card breakers organise live breaks: assigning teams or spots to buyers, recording prices, and tracking break totals and history. Breaker OS does not sell cards, process buyer payments, run breaks, or guarantee any outcome of a break.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you run your breaks, for complying with the rules of any platform you sell on, and for all applicable laws, taxes, and consumer protection obligations in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions

Access to the application requires an active paid subscription. Billing terms are described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the break data you enter. We store it to provide the service and handle it according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

8. No league affiliation

Breaker OS is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, TikTok, Whatnot, Fanatics, Topps, Panini, or any other league, platform, or company. Team and league names are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that records will be free of error. Always confirm important financial figures independently.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breaker OS is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email before they take effect.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact & Support page.
