1. What we collect
Account details you give us (email address, display name, business name, optional logo), the break data you enter (team or spot assignments, buyer names, prices, notes, inventory costs and fees), and basic technical data such as log and device information.
2. Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. Breaker OS never receives or stores raw credit-card numbers. We store only a customer reference, plan, status and billing period so we know whether your account is active.
3. How we use your data
To operate your account, save and sync your breaks across devices, provide support, process subscriptions, and improve reliability and performance.
4. Buyer names you enter
Buyer names and notes you type are your records. Treat them responsibly and only enter what you need. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Breaker OS (hosting, database, authentication and payment processing), or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Your break history and stored data remain in your account even if a subscription ends, unless you ask us to delete it or you delete your account.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted so that each account can only read its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your choices
You can update your profile in Account Settings, cancel your subscription at any time, and request export or deletion of your data by contacting support.
9. Children
Breaker OS is not intended for anyone under 18.
